Job OverviewAs a Seafood Team Leader at Whole Foods Market, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to the seafood team. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing team
  • Mentor and support team members to achieve their goals and career aspirations
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience in the seafood department
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Inventory Management and Loss Prevention
      • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels
      • Monitor and address any inventory discrepancies or losses
      • Store Operations and Maintenance
        • Ensure the seafood department is maintained in a clean and safe environment
        • Maintain high standards of store appearance and organizationRequirements and Qualifications
          • Experience
            • At least 24 months of retail experience, including 12 months of team leadership experience
            • Skills and Abilities
              • Excellent leadership and communication skills
              • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
