Hydromat Machinist – set up, rotary transfer, troubleshoot

A great southern opportunity with a long time company continuing to grow and invest in new capital equipment. They provide relocation to help new team members transition to their area. They are one of the largest Hydromat / rotary transfer machining facilities in the southeast. The company has one new Hydromat being delivered and another being built, in addition to the equipment currently in the department. Our client is also investing in additional equipment throughout other departments. This successful company is in growth mode. We are searching for candidates with direct Hydromat, rotary transfer or Trunnion transfer machine set up experience. These rotary transfer machines are both manual and CNC driven. The machinist will work from prints and work instructions. Experience setting cutting tools, holders, collets, valves, units, machining heads and injector rods. Knowledge of gauges used to align or indicate in heads and units is needed. Good problem solving skills is needed. Machine repair is a plus.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 3 years of set up experience on Hydromat or other brands of rotary transfer or Trunnion transfer machine tools. Machine repair, rebuilding of heads, units and valves is preferred, but not required
