Triangle Springs seeks a House Supervisor to oversee hospital operations, manage staff, and provide quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

• Overseeing the entire hospital operation during the absence of administration
  
• Managing staff performance, schedules, and education
  
• Assisting the Director of Nursing in conducting department meetings
  
• Delivering quality nursing care to ensure treatment plan goals are executed
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  
• 21 years of age
  
• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing training
  
• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
  
• CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment
  
  
  Preferred qualifications include:
  
  
  
• Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility
  
• Direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
  
• Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations
