Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for business roles,
including sourcing and maintaining pipelines
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to understand their
needs and advise on interview panels
Use data-driven insights to improve recruiting efficiency and
ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments for
business roles
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth
organizations
Strong sourcing skills and experience with recruiting tools like
Greenhouse
Understanding of recruiting best practices
Passion for mental health and accessible therapy
