Job DetailsWe are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Nurse RN to join our team at a top healthcare facility in Danville, Virginia.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient goals
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as neededRequirements:
    • Active RN license in Virginia or Compact state
    • 1+ year of recent Acute Med/Surg and rehab experience
