We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join
our team at 21c Museum Hotel Durham. As a Sous Chef, you will play
a critical role in ensuring the success of our culinary operations
and providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

### Job Description
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary
operations of our hotel, including menu planning, food preparation,
and staff management. You will work closely with our Executive Chef
to ensure that our food quality and presentation meet the highest
standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a
clean and organized kitchen, managing inventory and supplies, and
ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
### Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of
two years' experience in a fine dining restaurant environment. You
should have a strong understanding of professional cooking and
knife handling skills, as well as knowledge of safety, sanitation,
and food handling processes. You will also need to be able to work
flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and have excellent
communication skills.
### Salary
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $ $$75,000
- $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
