This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while providing essential support through home visits. As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals by ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support. Success In This Role Looks Like: Overseeing services and support coordination for multiple sponsored homes in the community.Providing effective supervision and empowerment to direct care staff, fostering a team-oriented service delivery model.Ensuring the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for residents, focusing on their holistic growth.Acting as a liaison between families, employers, and community resources to facilitate residents' success and integration.Maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation standards, and agency policies in all residential homes.Supporting the social, spiritual, and moral development of residents, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.Ensuring host families in sponsored homes are up-to-date with required training and certifications.Managing the program's budget and providing timely reporting to maintain operational excellence.
