Job Summary:
As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, from leading and motivating employees, sales and customer service to finance and fixed operations, with a strong focus on employee and customer satisfaction and profitability.   • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative professionals to achieve retention and performance goals.
    
  • Financial Management: Manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profit maximization.
    
  • Business Development: Lead and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to boost revenue and market share. Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
