Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join
our team of high-performing professionals and keep our finances
positioned for continued success. The CFO oversees finances, but
their role extends beyond that. They may also play a role in human
resources, negotiations, legal matters, information technology, and
sometimes real estate. As a member of senior management, the CFO
will be comfortable in a leadership role that requires clear and
effective communication skills. You will collaborate closely with
the President and Executive management team to provide complete
visibility into financial data and support decision-making.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a Controller or Chief Financial
Officer role.
- Proven experience providing financial leadership in a
high-growth, multi-state environment.
- Proven experience with budgeting.
- Ideally work experience with an Architectural or Engineering

or through subordinate managers. Oversees all financial reporting

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or
Finance required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or
Finance preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.Required

- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and
tax planning.
- Experience with general ledger functions, financial statement
preparation, and year-end close process.

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense
